We are passionate about being a community of people who are committed to loving God, loving each other and making disciples in our community
For us, “church” is those people who choose to say “this is my church; this is where I have have found a place to belong”. Around GBC, people usually find that sense of belonging by being part of a congregation, a small group, or a team. This means that we are a family of all ages and backgrounds and our worship opportunities reflect that variety [more].
We believe in the authority of the Bible and the importance of teaching its truth in ways that communicate in today’s world. We are open to the ministry and gifts of the Holy Spirit and know the need to be filled with the Spirit constantly to live a life that is pleasing to Jesus Christ.
Parking around our church centre can be challenging! To make things as easy as possible we have a guide to finding us and the best places to park [click here].
Our Church Centre is accessible for those with disabilities. We have reserved parking spaces near the entrance. There are accessible toilets available with side transfer facility and rails. The worship area and the small hall have loop systems for the hearing impaired.
We value our good relationships with local other churches and are members of Churches Together in Huntingdon and Godmanchester. We are also members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and the Evangelical Alliance.
